As Research Coordinator at Stanford University, I work on projects about sustainability, policing, and culture change. Previously as Research Coordinator at the University of Auckland, I supported faculty and doctoral students in their research on Māori principles in Indigenous businesses across New Zealand. Prior I served as the Fulbright Scholar at Kaindi Teachers College – a multicultural and multidisciplinary program that offers four years of training and leadership development for its next generation of teachers in Papua New Guinea.

Before joining the U.S. Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA), I earned my undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Ethnic Studies with an Entrepreneurship minor from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. I worked with Dr. Lucy Bencharit and Dr. Taryn Stanko to study cultural differences in teamwork and gender differences in negotiation, respectively. Now I am leveraging these behavioral interventions through consulting to improve multicultural teams and their organizations around the world.
